ADVENTURES IN CARTAGENA COLOMBIA

August 5 

USA – CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA. 

Arrival at the Rafael Núñez International Airport and transfer to your hotel in the city where you will stay for 6 days and 5 nights. Hotel Almirante, Cartagena.  

After eating and resting prepare for your first night out 

Time: 8:00pm –10:00pm

Along your route, pass by the hotel sector of Bocagrande, the old city like Getsemani, Muelle de los Pegasos, Centro de Convenciones, and Calle del Arsenal – all while dancing and moving. Continue your tour along the walls of Cartagena and end up by a nightclub, where you can choose to continue dancing or head home. 

August 6 

5 Islas 

After breakfast, prepare to leave for 5 Islas Tours  

Enjoy the varied attractions Cartagena's islands have to offer. From historical landmarks to a bioluminescent plankton show at nighttime, every stop of this 5-island tour is filled with magic. 

Lunch Included 

Time: 8:00 am - 4:30pm 

At the end of the afternoon return to the Almirante Hotel. 

August 7 

Today you will go to Bora Bora Beach VIP 

Lunch included 

Experience Colombia’s beautiful Rosario Island on this excursion to an exclusive beach club. After catching a speedboat from La Bodeguita Pier in Cartagena, head to Bora Bora Beach Club and enjoy a complimentary cocktail and beach bed. Savor a delicious lunch—vegetarian, chicken and fish are available—and kick back by the water. Paddleboard, kayaks. August 8 

City tour

 August 9 

 Totumo mud volcano  

After breakfast, prepare to head to Totumo Mud volcano.  

Time: 8:00am- 3:00pm  

In this beautiful place you will discover a mud volcano that has the properties of the dead sea, in which you can enter, but you will never be able to touch the bottom, due to the chemical properties of the mud. In addition, the mud has healing properties that help your skin stop the aging process. All this while you and your friends or family have fun discovering and understanding this new experience. We will also visit Galerazamba salt flats where we will observe how a microorganism transforms the water pink, but this attraction is temporary and depends on the weather conditions, so it only has a pink color from April to May. (But it will depend on whether it rains or not, since the rain melts the salt crystals and dilutes the pink color). We only take you there in April and May. 

At the end of the tour return to the Almirante Hotel. 

August 10 

Cartagena to U.S.A  

After breakfast we prepare to check out and ride a transfer to the airport.
